VENDOR Event Registration

Step 2 - Select the events you plan to attend:

Exhibit space is $200 per event, up to 3 events.
Receive $100 off if you register for 4 to 8 events, and $150 off if you register for 9 or more events.

Sponsorship is in addition to the cost associated with exhibiting.

Member Utility sponsorships are available to member companies only and are based on a per event charge.
Sponsorship opportunities provide utilities an opportunity to fulfill awareness requirements.

Each event has room for a single Break Sponsor, one sponsor per event.

Each event has room for a single Lunch Sponsor, one sponsor per event.

You must contact Wendy Indick or Kevin Hopper at 315-437-7394 prior to registering for break or lunch sponsorship.

Two lunches (meals) are included per event.

Vendor Sponsorship is a one-time charge and is not a per-event charge.
