Seasonal Customer Service Representatives

Dig Safely New York, Inc. is seeking seasonal (June-October) customer service representatives for our busy inbound call center. Candidates must be flexible in terms of work schedule and job responsibilities, as Dig Safely New York operates 24/7, 365 days a year. Qualified candidates must have excellent verbal communication skills, knowledge of PC/Microsoft applications, and strong map reading abilities. Keyboarding skills are also essential.

Paid training is a minimum of 4 weeks and candidates must be available from 8 a.m.-5 p.m., Monday through Friday, during the entire training period.

Previous call-center experience preferred but not necessary.

Salary: $11.50 per hour
