How to Determine the Version of Internet Explorer You Are Using 

  1. From either the File Menu Toolbar left click on Help and then left click on About Internet Explorer or left click on the Gear icon in the upper right of the Internet Explorer window and then left click on About Internet Explorer. 

  1. You will see a window pop up like the one below that contains the version of Internet Explorer you are running on your computer. 


How to Run Internet Explorer 11 if You Have WIndows 10 

  1. In the Search Bar type Internet and you should Inter Explorer show up in the list of applications you can run. 


  1. Left click on the menu and run the software. 


  1. If you do not see Internet Explorer in the list of available programs, type Control Panel in the Search Bar and left click on the Control Panel in the menu. 

  1. Left click on Programs and then left click on Turn Windows Features On/Off. In the pop up window click the checkbox next to Internet Explorer 11 and wait for the feature to be added to your computer. 



  1. Follow steps 1 and 2 from above to run the browser. 

If You Are Getting a Map Control Error When Trying to View Your Service Area Map 

  1. Check to make sure that is a trusted site on your browser by going to the tools on your browser and left clicking on Internet Options. 

  1. Under the Internet Security tab of the pop up, highlight the Trusted Sites icon and left click on the Sites button. 

  1. In the field titled Add This Site to the Zone type in and left click the add button. If you get an error saying that the site needs to be secure, uncheck the require server verification check box.
